Vendor Information and Registration
The vendor exhibit will be held in conjunction with with the poster sesion in order to ensure the maximum number of attendees visiting the exhibits.
The vendor contribution fee is $650.00 and includes the full workshop registration package for up to two company representatives, and a skirted table with chairs and AC power for the Tuesday afternoon vendor's exhibit. Banquet tickets are not included but may be purchased on site. The workshop banquet on Tuesday evening will give vendors attending the workshop for a single day the opportunity to participate in the social event.
Workshop sponsorships are welcome!
Vendors can fully or partially sponsor social events such as the Sunday reception, the banquet, coffee breaks, and/or provide workshop attendees with gadgets.
All sponsorships will be clearly acknowledged and advertised during the workshop and on the BIW08 web site.
