Exhibitors of synchrotron-related equipment and supplies are invited to participate in this year's ALS User Meeting on October 3–5, 2016. Approximately 400 attendees are expected to participate.
A 60' by 40' tent will be erected for vendor exhibits in the parking lot adjacent to the ALS (Building 6) for the duration of the ALS User Meeting. Lunches will be served both days inside the exhibit area. A reception will be held in conjunction with the poster session and student poster competition, in and around the vendor exhibits on Day 1.
The exhibitor fee is $1250.00. This fee covers exhibit privileges at the meeting, entrance to all sessions for two exhibitors, continental breakfasts and lunches both days, the reception/poster session on Day 1, and the awards dinner on Day 2.
Exhibitors will be able to select the location of their exhibits based on a first-come first-served basis once their payment is received.
