Users' Executive Committee

 

 

 

Exhibitors of synchrotron-related equipment and supplies are invited to participate in this year's ALS Users' Meeting on October 13-15, 2010. More than 400 attendees are expected to participate.

Exhibit Location
A 60' by 40' tent will be erected for vendor exhibits in the parking lot adjacent to the ALS (Building 6) for the duration of the ALS Users' Meeting. Lunches will be served both days inside the exhibit area. A special reception for exhibitors will be held in conjuction with the joint poster session and student poster competition, in and around the vendor exhibits on Wednesday, October 13.

Fees
The exhibitor fee is $1000.00. This fee covers exhibit privileges at the meeting, entrance to all sessions for two exhibitors or company representatives, continental breakfasts and lunches both days, the poster sessions, the awards dinner on Thursday evening, and a special exhibitor's reception/poster session on Wednesday in the late afternoon.

New this year: Exhibitors will be able to select the location of their exhibits based on a first-come first-served basis once their payment is received.

Student Awards Sponsorship
We are again making sponsorship opportunities available for the Student Poster Awards for first, second and third prizes of $300, $200 and $100, respectively. If your company is interested in sponsoring one or all of the awards that recognize some of our outstanding young scientists, please contact Deborah Smith (510.486.2001) by September 10, 2010. Your company name will be prominently displayed on the award and in our meeting program.
