The 2011 Advanced Light Source User Meeting will be held at Berkeley Lab beginning Monday, October 3. Workshops will begin Tuesday, October 4 following the conclusion of the plenary sessions, and continue through Wednesday, October 5. A reception  will be held from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Monday evening in conjunction with the poster session and student poster competition. A hosted awards dinner/buffet will be held on the Tuesday evening. The final program and other materials will be available at the registration desk on Monday, October 3, beginning at 7:30 a.m. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m.

When registering, you must indicate what workshops you plan to attend. Please refer to the Workshops page for the list of this year's workshops. 

Registration Fee

Until Friday, September 23, the early registration fee is $225.00 (regular) and $95.00 (student); from September 24-29, the registration fee will be $250.00 (regular) and $115.00 (student). Registration fees include:

• Attendance at plenary sessions and workshops

• Awards dinner banquet
• Meeting materials
• Reception for exhibitors (Monday afternoon)
• Student poster competition
• Vendor exhibits
• Lunches (three days)
• Coffee breaks
